ECOBAGS For Good
Instead of fundraising with obesity ridden candies, or wasteful & moronic magazines, why not try using a company like ECOBAGS.COM reusable products as options for fundraising. They are both socially and environmentally responsible products, something all products should be in this world. If you or anyone has a need for something like this check out ECOBAGS for Good. ECOBAGS.COM is doing a lot to change our Collective Thought Process and will be beginning to shape the world we live in by incorporating cradle to cradle ideas in our everyday products. Check out the website: ECOBAGS.COM - Enjoy.

On the way home from school last week, my 8 year old daughter throws a huge folder of papers at me; "we have to sell this stuff", two folders fly open of junk, trinkets and cookie dough!! And only after you sell hundreds of dollars of this crap do you get some toy from the Dollar Tree. Nothing of usable value, only another way to teach our chidren at this young age that junk is the way to go! What she is selling has absolutely no value and I wouldn't even ask family to buy it. My heart sinks a bit that our schools are not even a place to teach progress and hope but obviously how to buy into the overindulgence that runs our society. Funny enough the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) that chooses the fundraiser actually spent a lot of time picking this out! Next year I will be speaking up about fundraising with a sustainable product, I hope they will hop on board, I can not possibly be alone in not wanting sell this stuff although I do want to help the school raise money. Right now a check seems like a better use of my money! Apparently, this stuff is being sold all over the US to help schools raise money, truly a shame. On top of that, my daughter said they had a very zealous person running the information 'pep rally' and you felt so obligated to sell it and that if you didn't there would be a lot of guilt placed on you for not supporting the school. WOW!
